Israel
Hillel provides a wide range of ongoing educational and cultural opportunities for students to learn about and celebrate Israel. In all that we do, Hillel is steadfastly pro-Israel. Nonetheless, we strive to provide opportunities for Jewish students, including the Taglit-Birthright Israel: Hillel Trip, to explore Israel through a wide variety of lenses. For more information on our trip, go here or to www.birthrightisrael.com. This trip is a gift from Taglit-Birthright Israel.
Israel programs include academic and religious, as well as volunteer opportunities. Program durations range from summer and winter breaks to a year long experience. For more information on these programs, please see our Go to Israel page. Helpful information about long-term programs and scholarships may also be found by going to MASA: Israel Journey. You may also contact Heidi at hrattner@hillelmke.org or at (414) 961-2010.
The latest Israeli news is provided by the Israel Insider and the Jerusalem Post, along with several other news providers, to keep our students up to date with the important affairs taking place in Israel.
